About us

my|deposits Northern Ireland provides two options for landlords and agents to protect their tenant's deposits; Insurance based protection where you keep hold of the deposit, or Custodial based protection where we keep hold of the deposit. 

The Law

All landlords and agents must protect the tenant's deposit with a government approved tenancy deposit scheme within 14 days of receiving the deposit. You must also provide the tenant with key information about the protection within 28 days from receipt of the deposit.
